These Terms of Service govern your use of the Syncora internal business management system as an employee or authorized user of HomeDeco.lk.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into and using the Syncora system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. This system is the private property of HomeDeco.lk and is provided for authorized business use only.

2. User Responsibilities

Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Authorized Use: The system must be used exclusively for legitimate business purposes of HomeDeco.lk.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the system.

3. Prohibited Activities

Sharing your login credentials with any other person.
Attempting to access data or system areas for which you do not have authorization.
Modifying, copying, distributing, or deleting data without explicit permission.
Introducing any malicious software, viruses, or code that could damage or disrupt the system.

4. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of your employment. The company reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages.
